Is there a certificate granted at the end of the course?Upon successful completion of our courses, participants will be awarded a certificate by Raffles Skills Lab International Training Centre. You can use this course certificate to demonstrate skills to employers and their network.

Will the courses be suitable for me if I have no knowledge or experience in the subject matter?Our courses are geared toward individuals with no prior knowledge of a subject required. Additionally, some of our courses feature pre-work course materials to get you up to speed with essential concepts and tools. We also provide support through our team of instructors, course materials, teaching assistants and any additional help as required to provide personalized feedback.

What benefits do students receive once they complete a RSI course?Upon course completion, students will be presented with a digital certificate by Raffles Skills Lab International Training Centre. Our alumni also become part of the RSI community where members can leverage connections with students, alumni, instructors and experts through networking opportunities, events and more.

How do I sign up for a course?1. Simply go to our website to register for a class intake. 2. Within 24 hours, our admissions team will reach out to assist you with the course fee payment and claims. What payment methods do you accept?For the initial $10.80 deposit: You can pay securely using credit/debit card via Stripe on the apply page. We strictly do not store any credit card information. For the remaining course fees if it's self-funded: We accept bank transfer and PayNow. Our admissions manager will reach out to you to assist you with payment matters after registration. What is RSI's Refund Policy?(See privacy policy for further details) There will be no refund inthe event of a ‘no-show’ byyou on the first day of the course. Clause 8 applies. You will be chargedthe full course fee shouldthe relevant funding application(s) be unsuccessful.

What is RSI's Withdrawal Policy?1. You will not be allowed to continue with the course or proceed with assessment should your attendance fall below 75%. You will be imposed a penalty fee amounting up to the full course fee for your non-completion of the course 2. RSI reserves the right to remove you or any trainee from the coursebased on valid reason(s) wheredeemed fit
